Physical Products

- Products must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Physical Items:
- Products marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Products without original packaging or missing components
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods, digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. However, we will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:
- The digital product is defective or corrupted and cannot be fixed
- You were charged twice for the same product
- The product description was materially misleading
- Technical issues prevent you from accessing the product after reasonable troubleshooting
Important: Digital products must not have been downloaded, accessed, or used to be eligible for a refund. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues.

Refund Processing
Inspection and Approval
- Physical products will be inspected upon receipt
- Returns must meet our eligibility criteria
- We will notify you once your return has been inspected and approved
Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products with minor signs of use (at our discretion)
- Items returned after 30 days but within 45 days (25% restocking fee may apply)
Return Shipping Costs
Standard Returns:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Pristine Developers is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
Defective or Incorrect Items:
- We will provide a prepaid return label
- No shipping costs will be charged to you

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item:
- Return the original product following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
- Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

- Provide photos showing the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- Return shipping will be covered by Pristine Developers
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

- Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)

Cancellations

After Shipment
- Once shipped, standard return procedures apply
- You may refuse delivery, and the item will be returned to us

- Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once access has been granted or download has occurred
